I understand they are busy but nobody even acknowledged my presence. There were only 2 people being helped when I arrived and I was the only one waiting. At 5:50p when I was finally acknowledged I told the gentlemen I need to make a return and he told me that he wouldn't be able to do that without a manager present. A quick hello with no unfourtunately we need a manger and entire situation could have been avoided. I waited 40 minutes for them to tell me they are not able to help me. Terrible customer service.
