Hi! Wanted to let you know Cooper has outstanding service! He went above and beyond to help and explained each step. He’s got a ton of patience and deserves a raise!

Genuinely wish we never left TMO after visiting, Not a great experience. Was told because we purchased/signed up online they were unable to help us. The gentleman said they were “Sales, Not customer service” and that was made abundantly clear by how we were spoken to. No explanation of the questions we asked, Just the same repeated answer, Go talk to support. A guy on a phone or chat can only do so much so we came into the store to be treated poorly and told there’s nothing they can do because they are sales, Gotcha.
T-Mobile has better coverage in Tempe. Don’t come here, not worth the hassle. They are strictly a sales place - Not customer service stated by the store employees themselves. These guys are all about commission and if you don’t have cash in hand, They aren’t going to care why you’re there, You need to call/message customer service. 🤷♀️

The store agent led me in the middle of a sale to take her lunch and the supervisor Samuel decided to help me after waiting for over an hour, he was rude and condescending and did not want to be there, he is the rudest person who should not be doing customer service.

Sales rep says one thing and then first bill came was a different from what it said.. sales rep Elizabeth apparently "best sales rep" fail to provide any information about the charges and bill. Then refer me to call them myself instead of them helping and resolving the issue right there and then.. sorry I already knew verizon says one thing then charges you another!!! Fail sales rep

I just went to this location for the first time (unfortunately after working a 15 hour shift) and the guy who “helped” me was awful. Frank is too focused on having a nonchalant aura to be hospitable towards customers, especially considering his job is sales. Might be the wrong calling buddy. He rolled his eyes multiple times and seemed annoyed anytime we had a question about the phones, process, or other devices in the store. Bro didn’t end up helping me at all because he didn’t ask the right questions before jumping into the Black Friday deal. I get it, yall had a long day after thanksgiving so did I but not once in my 15 hour shift did I speak this way to any of my patients and I don’t expect someone to speak to customers that way either. I will NOT be coming back and I suggest you go to a different location if you want to switch to Verizon.
