They didn’t put notes on my account that I dropped off the equipment so I was charged the $200 fee. When I called the store they said they were behind on shipping and that I had to come back in store to get my account updated. All I needed was a note added that I dropped off the equipment to be refunded the fee. The appointments are a joke, you are left waiting for an excessive amount of time. I had to go in store to get my account updated when the rep didn’t do his job right the first time.

He recently lost his wife and health is poor and needed emergency contact for himself but something had gotten messed up and couldn’t enter info so Michelle at this store did an awesome job of clearing it all up and wanted this passed on to her supervisor please. He was elated with everything she did including answered questions. What a great help she was.
