He basically told me he couldn’t help me before he even opened my account after I explained the situation 3 times while he waited for his turn to speak he finally opened my account and realized what I was there for. It was such a frustrating experience I walked out and am going to switch carriers. Between outsourcing on the phone lines and incompetent employees at the store locations paired with shady 3rd party retailers I’m done with Verizon. I’m going to call the office of the president to submit a complaint about the lack of help I received at this location and resolve my simple issue at the top of the chain
