Then when I arrived the phone isnt available. 2nd lie. Then was told we'd have to order the the phone and it would arrive in 3/5 days. 3rd lie phone is ln back order and wont arrive until Feb 6th. Then before completing order I was shown the tablet screen and I informed the rep Mathew that he had the order wrong and my phone was issued to my wife's number and hers to mine. He said that screen didnt correlate which phone went to which number. I said ok youre the professional here not me. We put the order through and guess what? I was right and he assigned the phones to the wrong number. That was the 4th lie. Terrible customer service here. You're just another number and all they care about is getting the sale for their commission. Canceled my order so no commission for you and now ill be taking our 3 lines and going with another company all due to this bs right here.
