The place is tucked away and a little difficult to find. But no one else there, in and out a couple of minutes before Christmas. Friendly staff very helpful.

Went to Verizon in Mesa, Az on 1804 S. Signal Butte to get a better monthly plan than what AT&T was issuing. The manager lied to us when told us that our monthly charges would be $105-110 monthly. When we received our first bill we were livid the charges were way higher than what the manager quoted us. We called the (800) number and were told that they would adjust the bill. Later, within a few days we received a call from the main office and he told us that the monthly charges were to go up. We were on the phone with this man for over an hour and he kept arguing with me. He would not budge and would not accept that his manager had lied to us. We told him that he gave us a fixed amount and we verified it before leaving the store. The man from the main office told us that we were receiving a disabled veteran discount that covered damage and that if we dropped this covered protection that it would bring the cost down. So if the phones get damaged then the repair is on me just to satisfy their cost. The call ended after an hour with him tell us that he can report that he did his job and saved Verizon the monthly cost.
From the start we were told lies then Verizon wanted us to absorb the higher cost after we told everyone from the start that being senior citizens and being a 100% disabled veteran and on a fixed income we were to pay a higher monthly charge because the manager lied and Verizon did not want to make things right. We later called and asked why we were not on a senior citizen plan. We were told that they would make changes. We received one bill at the discounted price. The next month the price went back up again we called and we were told that we were RECEIVING too many discounts and that lady that initially told us that we qualified for the discount ALSO LIED. LIEING TO A CUSTOMER IS WHAT VERIZON DOES BEST. If you are thinking of switching to Verizon - DON'T, THEY LIE, AND YOU WILL BE IN THE WRONG NO MATTER WHAT YOU WERE TOLD!!!!!!!!!!
