  This store needs help!!! I went in to find out what was going on with my phone bill and Venice (the black guy) said hello, and asked what I needed help with. I told him what was going on and he asked for the phone number, I gave him the phone number and waited for him to say at least something, He didn't say anything. I asked him if everything was okay. He said, yes, and we sat quietly sit there . I couldn't see anything on his phone. And it just seemed like he was taking longer without saying anything.I felt very uncomfortable. Finally, he started to tell me what was going on. I have ADHD. I wasn't trying to but I interrupted, and was trying to explain more about what was going on. He then said well, I was trying to explain it to you, but you interrupted. I asked for his name. He told me his name, I didn't hear it clearly, and I said, a wrong name and he seemed to get offended. I wasn't trying to offend him.I couldn't hear what he said. He was saying low. Then he asked me if i would like him to get his manager. I said yes then Tony approached. Not even talking to him for just a few minutes. I could tell he did not care what just happened. As he was trying to help me. I could hear veince the guy that helped me first. Talking to another employee about what just happened between me and him. I looked at Tony instead, are you going to let him talk about me like that. A manager that cares would have told him to go into the back or walk away. Not continue talking about the customer to another employee where they can hear. Tony did not care. The only thing he said is that he'll talk to him later. Which the employee continued to talk about me.So I told tony, it was unprofessional and ridiculous, that he's letting an employee badmouth about customers to another employee in front of them. the only thing that came out of Tony's mouth was ......really? I said yes, really. I needed help with my phone. Not attitude from people who are supposed to help with the product that they sell. I even went too another store within the same day. A little bit further out, but I'd rather go to that store every time. And the 2 gentlemen at that store, we're amazing. It was like night and day. I will be leaving another review for them. I know this might sound on repeat. I have been with Verizon for a very long time. And a lot of my family have them too. I will be telling them to not come to go to this store.

  Came in with an issue with an iPhone 13. Keenan greeted us and immediately started assessing the problem, which turned out to be a bad SIM card. He replaced the card, tested everything and sent us out very happy customers. Watching the interaction in the store, all associates were as friendly and helpful as Keenan was to us. Thanks for a great experience!

  I received a new phone last week that immediately started glitching. Upon this, I called Verizon support who instructed me to take my phone into the nearest store and ask for a replacement. I followed this instruction today, and was told/scoffed at multiple times by the employee who assisted me that this was the incorrect process and did not try to hide his annoyance at having to deal with the issue at hand. Like he himself mentioned, “it’s his job” (when inquiring about this situation being inconvenient) and not mine to know Verizon processes or protocol. The entire situation was awkward, rude, and very dissatisfying. If you’re going to choose a customer service job, perhaps try to practice better customer service.
