- BSBrenda SandersAug 9, 20241.0Geek Squad employee stole my bank account info when I bought a new computer and made charges to my account. Mesa police got involved. Ever since then Geek Squad tries to charge me for a subscription every year and just did it again and my credit card holder won't believe me that I would never have a subscription with any entity at Best Buy and they are saying I have to pay since I can't prove I cancelled something I never signed up for in the first place. I have to cancel my card to get rid of all these and future dishonest charges.
