  Honestly, I have never experienced such rude IT services in my life! I had to come in once for a problem on a PC that I had purchased months earlier. The cold, unfriendly, and condescending manner that I received was just unreasonable. Then after sending my laptop back to the manufacturer, the entire process was unorganized and unprofessional. I was told over the phone my laptop could not be fixed and an exchange would be made at this location. Went down and again experienced the cold, unfriendly and condescending manner. I explained why I was there and was rudely interrupted. The two men that were working aggressively stated that they won't exchange, they will just refund the purchase. Not extremely happy with this for the fact that my laptop that I had purchased went up in price! Without any concerned for my troubles I was given a gift card and was told that everything is complete. Three days later, I received a call from this Geek Squad location that I can come down and get my computer "exchanged". I told the Geek that I had already been there and what happened. Again, I was rudely interrupted and was told that they didn’t do "exchanges" they just refund the purchase. I asked, what does the term exchange mean? He retorted in with the correct answer. He didn't care about my experience or obviously about customer satisfaction. This Geek Squad location really lives up to the portrayal of the SNL skit of Nick Burns IT guy. Oh by the way "You're Welcome!"
