She answered every question I had and made sure I understood exactly how it worked. She was very friendly professional and i can tell she loved her job. I most definitely will be going back to this store when I switch my carrier.. thank you Melissa for being generous and helping me you most definitely need to be acknowledged by the company along with a raise

We tried to return a phone it was seven days but it needed to be returned in 6 days, the employee did not know many specs of the phones when my wife bought it. I called the main office and no one called back, as of right now my wife wants to change phone plans and alot of it has to do with the level of service this store has given. I will also be reporting the store to cricket headquarters as well.
