It's 2025, so try your luck with the automated trash or ignore your problems. Those are your only two options when dealing with Cricket. Edit 10/15/25 The saga continues! Tried to pay my bill today, and the App, the website, AND customer service AI robot you have to have a text chat with says my card information is invalid. It isn't. I was forced to go into the store here to pay my bill, and Orlando at the counter tried to extort an additional $5 dollars from me. After almost 45 minutes someone was contacted through his computer to put a 5 dollar credit on my account because I absolutely refuse to pay more money because their systems are either broken, or they purposefully try to force you into going in person so they can extort their fee from you. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at this time. Absolutely unprofessional and scummy business practice.

There was an issue with activating our phone that we bought off the cricket site and came in to activate, and he spent the time to troubleshoot and talk to customer service to make sure we didn't have to pay a fee we'd already paid online. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and he's very skilled at troubleshooting.
