Needed some earbuds and usually would just order off Amazon but decided to give this best buy another try. Pretty bad experience, will stick with Amazon next time. Walked store to find buds locked up, eventually found someone but he wasn't able to unlock, eventually found someone to unlock and asked to look at the box to confirm what I was getting but would not even let me hold the product or get a better look at all until after I purchased, might as well of bought online. Won't be back owells

I was in today to pick up an item, I needed it today and realized the store didn’t have it, Asher was great and found it for me at another store I paid snd it was ready for me to pick up when I got there. Everyone in the store was super helpful but Asher was friendly and went above and beyond!

Terrible experience with the geek squad today. Came in the morning for a quick data transfer. Told I needed to make appt, made one for 2:20p. I was on time but was not seen until 3:10. They did not have the converter needed to charge and transfer at the same time so I had to check in my phone. Then they told me they were doing someone else’s first so they could not do mine for a half hour. I waited 5 hours then returned to pick up thinking a 20min transfer should be done. It was not. It is still not done but I had to take my phone and leave.

Purchased my phone through at&t at this location. Would not recommend at all.
1.) Was told that the phone would be shipped to me overnight, it was not.
2.) Was told that my phone would be shipped with a signature requirement, it was not.
3.) Minor point, but they told me (without my asking) that it should take 30 minutes or less for everything to transfer to the new phone, when it actually took more than 2 hours. I understand it's variable depending on what you have stored on your phone, but why even make that claim then when you have no idea what i have on my phone, and I didn't ask you for an eta?
4.) They added additional services to my account which I did not request or authorize. We had to contact at&t directly to get these removed and a refund.

I have hated on Best Buy for a long time due to their horrible customer service and comical price match policies that disallow them from matching many prices at competitors but this store and specifically Scott completely turned my opinion around. I don't live anywhere near Mesa but I made the 50 minute drive solely to look at an open box Samsung oled tv I saw online that was heavily discounted. After my experience at this store I will never shop at another Best Buy again and I'll be happy to drive 50 minutes here. Scott took the time to open the box to allow me to look at the tv. He also turned it on allowing me to see it worked. He went above and beyond and did everything with a great attitude. Anyone in need of a tv make the drive to Mesa, ask for Scott and thank me later.
