  I went in to the store to do a number port from another carrier and Jennifer helped me all the way trough, making sure all my questions were answered...very happy with her. please take care of her as is hard to find good employees. Thank you.

  After being totally fed up with Sprint after getting a new phone that they didn't support I decided to jump ship and go with Cricket since they're essentially AT&T but at a much lower price point. Upon entering the store I was instantly greeted warmly by Pierre and was provided with excellent service which was a wonderful change of pace considering the guys at Sprint cant bother to be distracted from playing Pokemon GO. The swap couldn't have gone more smoothly, I was in and out before my laundry cycle was done! Keep up the good work guys, your reviews are very telling of the service you provide. (Edit: 2/1/2019) After opening another line with this retailer I had purchased a new phone for this line. I was not satisfied with the phone and had tried to return it with in the 7 days for a refund or exchange. After speaking with Edwin Gonzalez who claimed to be the store manager I was informed that I would not be able to return my device due to the packaging being ripped. I had pointed out that Cricket's return policy had stated otherwise but he continued to remain ignorant to this fact. I sadly had to speak with another Cricket store to get a phone number for his manager after he had hung up on me. I was then told to contact Cricket corporate who were finally able to reason with this man and the magnificent Jullissa was finally authorized by her manager (Edwin) to service the return. Needless to say I will not be spending any more of my money at this particular privately owned storefront and I encourage others to do the same.

  Excellent service and quick service , Liz gave me great service and was very informative about how my new phone works , she made it easy to understand and i would recommend this store to all my friends .
