  They literally hold Pokémon cards back to sell to their friends only. Caught them lying about they didn't have anymore but later that night they had more. Even an employee said he was offended Pokémon cards before open and was told they will be holding back the "money" sets. And if I try to take my son to get cards they won't let him use HIS OWN money to buy cards. Says there is a limit. A 9 year old can't buy Pokémon cards. The store manager is rude disrespectful. She told me he's not allowed because there is a household limit and my limit is his limit.

  Employees lie and manipulate Pokémon restock release so they can be first in line to buy up what little they get. They know what’s coming out because they go in the back to check and then tell their coworker to wait so they can clock out and change their clothes and hang out by their coworkers at the register so it doesn’t look suspicious and their coworkers behind the counter let them go first even tho there are people who have been waiting patiently in the distance so they aren’t bothering workers.

  Lot of staff working, very few customers, and I had to go around and seek help after I had already been looking for 30 minutes. When I was finally able to get assistance, the guy was friendly and knowledgeable. I found product spread around the store which made it difficult to research the "Best Buy" for me in home security.

  We needed some new phone chargers and accessories so we stopped into this Best Buy. An employee who said he was on the sales floor because the warehouse was all caught up helped us. His name was Ivan and he is a total rock star! He helped us find everything we needed in a section that is usually pretty overwhelming. It was really nice to get awesome customer service from an actual human. We'll be back!

  While the store does provide all the products that you will find everywhere else, the issue comes with incompetent management that will do all in their power to NOT help you and push you to use the call center that will take you on loops with the automated system. I’ve com to this place since it’s close to where I live, and every time there is a problem I would come to get it looked at since I have the complete protection plan ( the $179.99 plan that’s suppose to cover everything), but every time the staff required the authorization or control of the manager, the manager in turn would just look at the issue for a few seconds, look at us and the just send us off telling us to call the help center. I the just move to a separate location and they are able to help me no problem. I’m not sure if the management has a personal issue with us or if it’s just clear laziness, but I do not recommend coming to this place if you have issues that need fixing.
