He was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional! I recommend him & this location 100 %! I will definitely be returning to this location when needed. Thank you!

So why even add me to an account knowing what kind of identification I have and then not help me?!? Make that make sense or you ALL need training again and be on the same page on what you take and don’t take ! WASTE OF MY TIME GOING THERE!
- IIioannisSep 25, 20251.0Finally have left verizon and what I can say- they tricked my partner and I into a contract and literally lied to us when we created our plan. I paid out the phones to leave as I've gotten zero respect from this company over the past year or so and when you transfer this company will charge you as additional $10 to have a rep help you- which is required as they close your account when you transfer and you cannot acsess it without an online agent. I went in store and they couldnt help me pay off my account and even disackmowledged my situation and fustration. I will NEVER use or recommend verizon to friends and family. The contract I was locked in- my partner and I did a trade in of unlocked phones and the agent made sure to let us know that the price would show immediately and NOT my monthly increments. I was specifically told that and I even have recordings of the agent telling me so at the Verizon surprise location where I started my plan. Made it so when they gave me a bad s24 and the battery wasn't working- they said "oh well!" If I wanted to upgrade i lost out 90o valuation of my trade in. They refused to fix my s24 even as 3 agents said yes the battery is not properly charging. I'm so glad I left. I have a working phone and I'm no longer stuck in a contract with AT&T. They also dont charge my account for calling support lines!
