To make matters worse, the assistant manager blatantly misrepresented current offers—something I later confirmed directly with Verizon. During my wait, I watched multiple customers walk out, one of whom mentioned this wasn’t their first time experiencing excessive delays here. Hoping it was just an isolated incident, I returned a few days later. Unfortunately, the same issues persisted: a long line of customers, a single employee working, no greeting, and no system for managing the wait. I’ve visited many Verizon stores during peak hours and have never waited more than five minutes to be greeted—or anywhere close to an hour and a half for service. This location, however, seems to make inefficiency the norm rather than the exception.
