  It was time to upgrade the iPhone 10. Being a customer with Cricket for years it was a simple decision to shop at Cricket for the upgrade. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by NICOLE. Her smile and welcoming personality was immediately evident. After checking what was available and fitting our budget the phone was ordered. When received we returned to the store (waiting a couple days until Nicole was working) to transfer apps pictures etc. Nicole accomplished this effortlessly and quickly! Bottom line Nicole thank you for your professionalism and exceptional customer service.

  Black Friiday!! Came in early this morning and worked with Cecilia, we got a really good deal on 2 iphone 16e. She was soo helpful and so kind! Will definitely recommend ☆☆☆☆☆
