I ordered a phone online which is usually ready in 1 to 2 hours, I waited longer than that and finally stopped in because they won’t answer the phone. They had not even looked at the order, the kid I talked to didn’t even have his tablet powered on. When the phone was ready to pick up the experience was no better. Not the worst service I guess but certainly not good either.

She never acknowledged me, stayed on her personal phone, and was eating candy throughout. While I was present and within earshot, she told another employee that helping me was “a waste of time.” When I asked for her name to document the interaction, she responded dismissively and added, “and it’s spelled with a K.” My family has been with Verizon for 15+ years, and I was prepared to add business lines. Due to this interaction, I took my business elsewhere. I’ve submitted this experience to Verizon corporate for review.

It was too late to go back to my previous provider. Anthony was not able to offer any solutions nor seemed to empathize with my frustration due to HIS mistake. The rest of the team sat around the store laughing and hanging out. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional team and overall a very unpleasant experience. I left being told to call Verizon directly, which took another hour+ for a different (albeit more helpful) corporate agent to solve my problem.
