    I went to a corporate store on S Estrella Pkwy and they wouldn’t help me, so we went into this store N Estrella Pkwy and the manager Esmi was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend this location. Esmi and her staff are very friendly and customer service is top notch. Esmi is very knowledgeable and she was also training while she was helping us and she was explaining the job very well to her new employee. 10/10 service, after a corporate service couldn’t bother!

    My lady and I came in an hour before closing and Juan was very professional and provided such great customer service despite them closing soon. He didn’t try to rush us out like others would or have before but he was patient and delivered an all around great customer experience.

    Dion did help me fix my phone and I bought a new one and switched over. He was very helpful and nice. I really don’t like the phone he “sold” me and I am going to go back to get the one I really want. I also didn’t understand why I got a new IWatch as well? I have to reiterate how knowledgeable and helpful he was. Its just this he sold me what he wanted me to buy and not what I wanted.
