We went to this store to get new phones in response to Verizon’s advertisement of a free iPhone 16. The sales rep told us the new phones were free. She also told us that we could do an unlimited data plan that would cost less per month than the limited data plan that we had. A month or so later when we got our first bill from Verizon we were shocked. It was three times the normal bill . Then the next month it was almost double the normal bill. After hours on the phone with Verizon we were able to get some credits and bring the bill closer to our prior monthly fee. But we were still paying a balance on our phones monthly and still paying more per month than our old plan. After exhausting what we could do through Verizon, we went to the store to see if trading in our old phones would help. Gloria said the employee who helped us was no longer there so she could not help us. So the store took no responsibility for what their employee told us. Moral of the story: don’t take the employees word. Ask for a printed version of the estimated monthly bill before signing anything because no one may take responsibility later.

THIS STORE HAS REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF 385.⁰⁰! I RETURN A PHONE OH DEC 30TH in A FEW DAYS IT WILL BE JANUARY 30TH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND! THEY DO NOT LIKE TO LET YOU SPEAK TO A MANAGER! I HAVE PROOF THAT, THE MONEY WAS NOT RETURN TO MY ACCOUNT!!!! I ADVISE YOU GUYS DO NOT, U REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!
