After 5 hours, I called and they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. When I called at 1PM the next day, they stated they did not replace the battery due to "the display being damaged and they are waiting for a new one" - I went in and picked up my phone as I needed it for work the next day, and the display was perfectly fine! What a waste of time.

The appointment was missed. I'm on my 3rd call trying to get this resolved. The 1st put me on hold for 30 min the disconnected, so I tried chat. They told me to wait, the escalated person told me to wait, then gave me a number to a tech who was accusatory, abusive, and said they weren't coming.
