    Just moved to Litchfield Park and needed a lot of help with Ring cameras, Computer equipment and TV stuff. I've gone thru quite a few people before asking the manager for his "best guy". He called over Alanzo Ortega who absolutely is his BEST guy! This kid was fantastic and I do not throw out that word easily. He was well educated on all aspects of what Best Buy has to offer in electronics. Alanzo made smart suggestions to fit our needs, directed us on installation options,and spoke with us about pricing to fit our budget. If you should find yourself lost in the Best Buy in Goodyear,AZ just go to the front door and ask for Alanzo Ortega. Trust me, you'll be in good hands.

    I would never come back here if it was the last best buy in Arizona. The lack of communication and customer service lacks abundantly. I'm asking for assistance meanwhile someone walks in and a immediate radio for assistance for them. The staff on the floor are having conversations with eachother but I can't get simple assistance. I'm waiting by the product I would like to purchase and steady asking for assistance. But then as I'm walking out now you want to see if I need assistance (what a joke). Don't bother calling the customer line because managers don't take customer calls from what I was told.

    Great staff! This location has been great to us, the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is always clean and well organized so it makes shopping a breeze. Some things I have trouble finding at other electronics stores seem to always be available here and I really appreciate how well stocked they are when that stuff happens. I recently had them come to my house and mount a television I had purchased over a year ago. I couldn't be happier with the service, definitely a quality team and shot out to Fernando for being so badass at his job, thanks guys!

    I visited this Best Buy store with my daughter to purchase some Pokémon trading cards. I was able to buy one Pokemon product, but when it was her turn, the cashier informed us they were out of stock. Moments later, as we stepped away, we saw an employee emerge from the back room carrying the exact Pokémon cards we had been seeking. I politely asked the bestbuy employee, if my daughter could purchase it, but he refused, stating he intended to buy them for himself. He then proceeded to ring up the purchase at the register while we watched. As a result, my daughter left empty-handed, and I just gave her the pokemon I had just bought. This employee's selfish behavior—prioritizing his own purchase over a paying customer's—feels greedy and unprofessional, especially since these products are meant for shoppers, not staff. It's disappointing and undermines trust in Best Buy's customer service. I hope management addresses this to prevent similar incidents.

    I purchased a Nintendo DS game on Christmas Eve and the game was not in there. The staff would not help at all and said I had to call corporate. I even spoke with a manger named Adelina and aside from her being tacky and having no couth, her support was to be desired. She was very short with me and offered no compassion or empathy, stating, “no offense, but we can’t do anything because we don’t know what happened”… What? That is offensive. That is implying I am being dishonest. I am literally coming in the minute the store opens the day after Christmas to rectify and this is how I’m treated. Not to mention my poor kids who just wanted to play the game and have been patiently waiting. I guarantee they are aware of sticky fingered employees and she chooses not to acknowledge. This is not the first time it happened and I provided the packaging with the wrapper as well. While I can understand they have restrictions on their end, the situation was handled poorly and the “manager” did not represent Best Buy. It was pretty sad.
