Shelby in the Geek Squad department 4/9/26 at noon had the worst customer service I have ever experience. The worst attitufe, walked away without saying anything, had a nasty look on her face and no explanation of anything. I will never buy or do any business again at Best Buy. I can take my money elsewhere where people are appreciative of you and your business. Maybe she needs to get a different job she actually likes so she can treat customers differently.

The customer service is poor. We took our laptop to the GreekSquard to find out why it was running extremely slow. Once our laptop was dropped off, there were no updates and no communication. No one returned our calls or messages and never called to tell us that our laptop was ready for pickup. When we called a second time because no one returned our first call, we were told it was ready for pickup. There were unknown viruses on our laptop that we couldn't detect and they cleaned that up, and told us the hard drive was on its way out, but did not provide any suggestions or options. We figured out that on our own, replaced the old hard drive with a new one, and installed all the updates where our laptop is running like brand new. We understand that this service was moved from our regular location at Tolleson, which provided outstanding customer service and needs to be moved back as the central location. We do not recommend this service at this location.

They definitely need more people at check out. There were several employees just standing around while there was a long line and only one cashier.

Mario is amazing and was so incredibly helpful to us. We’ve been having an ongoing 3 month problem with our Samsung refrigerator from which we bought at this best buy location. Today, we had yet another very bad experience with Samsung involving our refrigerator so we marched on over here. We were sent to speak with Mario and he has been so assuring and kind to us. Someone that can calm my mom down when it comes to digital devices is a special human. And that is Mario.

For years, Best Buy has been the go-to staple when you need those random, techy, hard-to-find gadgets that you can’t easily grab anywhere else. Whether it’s smart home gear, networking equipment, TVs, gaming consoles, or accessories you didn’t even know you needed until you saw them — this location had it all.
The store itself was huge, well organized, and easy to navigate with clearly labeled sections for everything from smart home setups to networking and entertainment systems. I loved being able to actually see and compare products in person instead of guessing online. The displays for brands like Ring and Blink were especially helpful if you’re trying to build out a smart home system.
Staff were available around the floor if you needed help, but I also appreciated being able to browse at my own pace. Sometimes you just want to explore the tech aisles without feeling rushed, and this store had that perfect balance.
If you’re upgrading your home tech, looking for a last-minute cable or accessory, or diving into smart home gadgets, Best Buy still remains a reliable one-stop shop.
