    Went into this store to pick up my new phone and I had done the verification there and everything. I was approved for my phone and line. After being told it would take up to 2 hours to pack my order I was told to come back. Cool. I come back and the manager literally canceled my order while I was sitting there. He acted as if he never got the notifications from customer service to pack the order and just canceled it. They all act like they didn’t want to give me the phone from the jump. I had been at that store from 1:00pm ish to 5:45 to only leave with no phone. I go home, call customer service, and they told me the manager canceled it. They reprocessed my order and I get my new phone Wednesday. That store is HORRIBLE and if you’re not white or Hispanic, do NOT go in there!

    Jaden was friendly and efficient. In and out within 10 minutes with a free pixel. Went to another Verizon store and it was a terrible experience. Left and I came to this location. I am glad I did.

    Phone number is for the call center, place an order for express pick up for product showing still in stock but it's backordered. Over 1 hour on the phone trying to cancel it

    Been going to this location since it opened. Visited today, put my name on waiting list I was told I'm 2nd on list. Two sales people on floor plus one manager. Sales persons working with other customers. After one transaction was completed, customers left & instead of taking next on waiting list ....salesman was approached by a non-English speaking couple inwhich he answered their question & proceeded to service this new walk in. I had been sitting here for 20 minutes along with other customer whose name was on list. I got up and approached the manager and stated I'll be going to a different location, please remove my name. He said & did nothing. What is going on with the customer service at this location?Terrible, just terrible. Never again !!!! I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years. Very disappointing....
