After being told it would take up to 2 hours to pack my order I was told to come back. Cool. I come back and the manager literally canceled my order while I was sitting there. He acted as if he never got the notifications from customer service to pack the order and just canceled it. They all act like they didn’t want to give me the phone from the jump. I had been at that store from 1:00pm ish to 5:45 to only leave with no phone. I go home, call customer service, and they told me the manager canceled it. They reprocessed my order and I get my new phone Wednesday. That store is HORRIBLE and if you’re not white or Hispanic, do NOT go in there!
