My Fiance & I dropped his apple watch off on May 5th to be fixed, the geek squad rep at that thime told us he had to send it in to apple to have it repaired which we understood. After my fiance signed the papers I asked the guy Andrew if there would be a fee to have it fixed at that time he told me NO, that this would be COVERED under my apple care & it should be ready around May 9th. Fastfoward to May 9th, i look up my order and it had told me that it was ready to be picked up in the comments but on the tracker it had said it was in repair. So I called them, they at that time told me it was indeed in the store & ready to be picked up. At this point there is STILL no mention of a FEE. I drive about 10-15 miles up the road to pick up the watch and at this time they tell me there is a fee , so of course im upset but try to resolve the issue with the best buy manager, but we cant so i decide to leave & pick it up another day. Now TODAY they called my fiance to tell him that it is ready to be picked up, my fiance chuckled and asked when it had arrived there. The guy lied & told him it arrived today after it had been sitting there for 7 DAYS & I had been in to pick it up once already. This company has no Idea what they are doing & there employees are not properly trained. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY!!
