  So I go into cricket to convert my virtual SIM card into a physical SIM card for my new phone. I get the SIM card done get home only to realize that they gave me an incorrect phone number so I Go on my second trip to cricket just to be told that I need to pay another $20 to New Sims made for the mistake that they caused obviously I’m not gonna pay to fix their mistake and they told me there’s no other way than for me to come back again tomorrow to speak with the same person I spoke with yesterday. They’re the only one that can issue a refund on the mistake they made my goodness. This is my first interaction with anyone at cricket. Can’t wait to switch to Verizon

  Thank you to Alma at this store she took her time fixing my challenge and used her skills to make things right with Cricket because of this young lady who works hard for this company I won’t go into details or say anything negative Alma used her skills to cancel a line for me, switch my phone to the correct phone number and also explained their PROPER procedure and in a very professional educating way Alma you are my hero and if I ever have to switch again I’m coming to this store only. They greeted me their store is clean and these ladies definitely know how to treat customers and deliver our needs 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋 respectfully thank you!

  Cricket is the best store I can believe of it's been around since my dad got with them in 2001 and I say crickets the best one out of Verizon T-Mobile and boost I won't switch my phone number for anybody else but cricket Creek it's been there done that help me with my phone when I needed it and I really appreciate it
