- MBmolly bentonOct 11, 20255.0Yajairo and maria helped me. They were very professional and courteous. Went in to get my husband a new phone they were very helpful. When I went home my husband messed something up so we had to go back and they were very understanding and patient with us. We are old and not very tech savy.. if customer service is important to u this is the store to go too.

She kept answering her personal phone while “trying to help me “ . When she finally did speak to me she told me she couldn’t connect my Apple Watch, when I asked why she hesitated to give me a answer then said it was because I need the “newer” version and told me they could only connect a series 3 watch and newer, when I told her I had newer watch she then started making up more stuff so that she couldn’t help me and just kept contradicting herself and what she was saying her finally statement was that the watch couldn’t be added to any cricket plan . . . . I went to a different cricket store right after and got it hooked up no problem . And this is actually not the first time she couldn’t help me either I went in there in April because I got a new phone and the data wasn’t working and she didn’t know what to do and left it at that and lucky another young lady worker was there and was able to help me and fix my problem thank goodness. But definitely not going to this location again !

Since last year, a young woman has been talking about her religion, which is contrary to my beliefs. It's annoying,. On Friday, I went to change my phone number, and she keeps telling me about her god mother. We just went to another store instead. That’s why we stopped coming. This young lady continues, people will stop coming in. They do have great customer service. This situation it’s uncomfortable.
