  If you take your device here, make sure you take pictures of your device before you hand it to them, confirm your contact info and might as well film the interaction. Upon picking up my MacBook they couldn’t find me and it turns out I was under a name I never heard of. This is probably due to the confusing and inefficient setup of the store. The only reason they could confirm is because I could tell them what stickers I had on my device. Then once my MacBook comes out, it has deep scratches on it that weren’t there before. They couldn’t handle documentation or being careful with my device. Now I have damage on my device because of the “Apple geniuses” Very disappointing and I do not recommend this location.

  Went here today to get an iPhone for my son. I went up to 4 different people trying to get help and they kept telling me they would help me next , just for them to end up helping ppl that came in after me. I ended up asking the black girl that was working there , she had a nose piercing and some tattoos, thought maybe she’d be more willing to help and not be as racist. I was wrong. She said yes she’d help me next , TWICE . Just for her to skip me both times yet again. I decided to sit at the table and pull out my stack of money to see how quick the staff would come to help me , and what do you know , 6 different staff members all came running to help . All of a sudden . This store is discriminatory and RACIST !!!! Evil people . Just cause I’m Mexican . I’d suggest going literally anywhere else for an iPhone if you’re a person of color .

  My boyfriend went in here today to get his son an iPhone. He waited over 35 minutes to get help. He kept going up to the workers asking for help and they kept saying “yeah I’ll get you help right now” just for them to end up going up to the white people that came in after him . Happened to him a total of 5 times just cause he’s Mexican .. then when he pulled out his stack of money , all of a sudden 6 different workers came up to him wanting to help him, which he knew would happen. He pulled out the stack of money just to see how fast they’d come after seeing that and what do you know , right after he does that they all come running to help . That’s absolutely disgusting and discriminatory. He was gonna just go to a different store but they were already there and his son really wanted the phone . Seriously gross behavior . My boyfriend is gonna get an iPhone for himself next , but we will NEVER be going here ever again for an iPhone and I suggest everyone else find somewhere else to go as well. Preferably somewhere not RACIST !!!!

  My experience did not go as I planned. Waited about 4 hours just for me to get a new replacement for my phone due to the new phone that was given to me being Locked from an unknown carrier. Which had nothing to do with my carrier. A lot of misunderstanding cause me to lose important documents from my damaged phone. It was not fully recovered due to them attaching the wrong number to my new phone . My second phone number is what was restored not from my main work phone number. This was not iCloud backup fault it was due to the input of wrong number. Other notes thanks to all staff that help .
