    I went into apple to get some help setting my new device setup but was told to call apple technical support there in the store because the associates were unable to help. In the middle of trying to talk with apple tech support, multiple associates (including a manager) were pressuring me to leave the store due to getting close to closing. I mean why tell me to call in the stor if you were only going to push me out the door. Some associates at this location do not live up to the company's standards.

    I've had several good experiences at this location and today's experience was even better. Rami assisted me with some trade-ins and was awesome. I arrived about 15 minutes after the store opened, without an appointment (currently doesn't seem like Apple lets you make appointments for doing trade-ins only) and the store was busy but the staff was all helpful. Rami was handling about 5-6 different customers including me and was doing a great job juggling all of us.

    Jose is the best! He is friendly and kind, but also very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped us pick the best option for us. We also asked about products we are thinking about purchasing in the future and he gave us a new rundown. We will be returning and asking for Jose to make additional purchases. Thanks, Jose!     This is the worst store ever. Don't know where to start. Took my desktop over because it had some software issues with it. All they cared about was that it was 9 years old. They tried running diagnostic and they had to keep overnight. I asked them to call me and tell me what was wrong before they proceeded with anything. Never did it. Then they removed the operating system and told me they were replacing with same system I had. Not so it was 3 operating systems behind what I had. There excuse was because it was an older mac that they recommended it. I don't care what they recommended. It is what I wanted. Then it needed a new hard drive, but nope couldn't get the parts because they were not manufactured anymore. I took it in and it was loading slowly but loading, when they brought it back to me nothing would load. They told me to keep it. It told them I want it returned how I left it. They didn't care. Then I had to buy a new desktop for work. I asked for help loading the software in and nope couldn't do that either. I have never received such poor and lack of caring support. Then they told me this new Mac came with Tahoe software, nope it came with Sequoia. I am so very disappointed in the treatment I received and lack of caring. Never again will I visit this store for anything. Very disappointing and disheartening.

    I would really like to recognize Cindy for the outstanding service she provided me over the past couple of months. The first time she helped me was on a Monday in late November or early December when I was having issues with my work phone due to my work conditions. Then in early January, I had to come back, and once again Cindy was the one who helped me. I ended up coming back one more Monday after that, and each time she was just as kind and helpful as the first visit. From the very beginning, Cindy was incredibly patient, professional, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was that she remembered me when I came back, even after several weeks had passed. She spoke to me in such a friendly and genuine way and truly made me feel like she wanted to help, not just rush through the appointment. Even though the issues with my work phone were mostly my fault, she never made me feel uncomfortable and always took the time to make sure everything was working properly. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate employees like Cindy. She represents the company extremely well and shows what great customer service should look like. Her positive attitude, knowledge, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience. I’ve been to Apple many times before and the staff is always good, but Cindy truly went above and beyond. She definitely deserves recognition for the great work she does.
