  Thank you to Allison for helping me! She was running the whole show alone and doing it with a smile even with a weird unsettled customer mumbling his mouth the entire time upset with her even though he forgot his own pin. So woohoo Allison, great job thank you so much!!!

  So I go into cricket to convert my virtual SIM card into a physical SIM card for my new phone. I get the SIM card done get home only to realize that they gave me an incorrect phone number so I Go on my second trip to cricket just to be told that I need to pay another $20 to New Sims made for the mistake that they caused obviously I’m not gonna pay to fix their mistake and they told me there’s no other way than for me to come back again tomorrow to speak with the same person I spoke with yesterday. They’re the only one that can issue a refund on the mistake they made my goodness. This is my first interaction with anyone at cricket. Can’t wait to switch to Verizon

  They never answer thier phone. Called 10 times and no answer you gi directly to voicemail. Really bad customer service
