  Best Buy Arrowhead damaged a brand new sealed CPU during installation, then failed to be honest about it and appeared to try to sell me another one instead of taking responsibility. I have photos of the bent pins, and an independent technician at Asurion/uBreakiFix documented the damage and confirmed that my old CPU still works while the new one does not. Sean and GM Christian were the only helpful people involved during my time in dealing with Best Buy. Everyone else turned a bad mistake into an unacceptable customer service experience. I would not trust this location with PC hardware installation or anything to do with electronic repairs.

  Qouted me $40 when I called about my laptop. Set the appt showed up next day for them to tell me it'll be almost $400!

  Took my laptop in to get checked for virus to the Geek Squadand general maintenance. I knew it needed a battery and they told me to buy a new one and they would install it for me. They saved me money by having me get the battery off Amazon. I went to pick up the computer and the new battery wasn't working correctly so I brought the computer home ordered a different battery and had luck innately it myself. Geek Squad was great service and saved my old computer. Up and webbing again.
