- CWCarrie Wade5 days ago5.0Went in to upgrade my phone, Ramon was very friendly made sure I had all the accessories I needed. They got busy, but he kept checking on me while updates and transfers were happening.
- JJJD5 days ago1.0Corporate greed at its finest! I had an item delivered thinking it was coming through UPS or FedEx. NOPE! They outsourced it to Uber Eats and the driver was paid LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE to bring it too me! Not only did I pay a delivery fee, I then did the right thing and gave the driver a healthy tip so they were actually paid appropriately. Apple has become everything Steve Jobs hated and I think it’s time to unwind my reliance on their platform.

Where is the actual leadership in this store and why do they keep hiring garbage people who don’t deserve a job, let alone a customer service one. Zero stars.
- ADalexis dykstraMar 25, 20264.0Let me start off by saying that the workers were amazing. Daniella helped me with getting my labtop problems dealt with. The environment however was very chaotic. There were so many people in the store and so many screaming kids. But I still think the store was great and the workers were so sweet and helpful.
