  I purchased a new phone at the Verizon store on Higley in Gilbert. I knew it was not a corporate store and had some reservations. My phone battery had degraded and Evan Stevan's waited on me and explained the pros and cons of replacing the battery or purchasing a new phone. I bought a new phone and was impressed with his knowledge, patience and expertise. My son was with me and Evan answered every one of our questions in detail. In today's retail environment.to have a salesperson who listens and explains without judgement is far beyond the norm. I would highly recommend Evan if you want information regarding your phone, billing or technical issues. His service was in my opinion Outstanding. I hope he is well compensated. If not he should get a raise!

  Michael, Verizon Higley Queen, was Outstanding! Listened to my concerns and then went to work! Explained everything in detail and I am confident he has resolved my issues. Went to this store based on positive reviews and found to same to be true. Thank you

  Buyer beware! Make sure you ask plenty of questions and read the fine print they're very shady and tell you one thing and do another! The manager Brendon I believe is his name sold me a 2022 phone for the same price as a 2025 and told me it was the best deal he could do. After the phone acted up I went back in and another associate told me I paid as much for an old phone as a new one cost! He didn't know THEY SOLD IT TO ME! So right there tells you the kind of business tactics they use. It's as bad as a car dealership people just haven't caught on yet! DON'T BUY HERE! I've been a customer for 25 years and when I went back in to see what they could do I was told "sorry you're past the grace period" okay cool shame on me but don't make the same mistake I did BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  Experience that started off positive and ended horribly. I went to the store on 12/26 in an effort to upgrade my IPhone to a current 17 model. After continuously trying to be upsold to a model they had in stock with more memory then I needed they finally agreed to order me the phone that I wanted which was supposed to be the same monthly charge and basically be a free phone. When I went to the store today, 1/7/26 to pick it up none of the information was matching so I was told to come back at noon when Tommy my original Sales Rep would be in. I went back promptly at noon and finally left the store at 1:30 after watching Tommy try to log on to multiple computers, lose his mouse, take a phone call and search for a note pad at multiple desks to take a message, lose my new phone for no less then 15 minutes and then charge me several hundred additional dollars to get out the door. He tried to word smith each of the charges, but nothing matched the original conversation. I would think twice before visiting this store versus a factory Verizon store. Several hundred #x27;s later and an increase of $15/Mo. I learned a valuable lesson.

  I would urge patrons to do research on Cellular sales before doing business with them. This is not a Verizon Store. This company is a Verizon Dealer. My experience with this Dealer has been a nightmare. The customer service department is unwilling to help; my case was sent off to upper management and waited weeks to get a response. I was told we are past the 30-Day mark so there is nothing we can do. The complaint was filed before the 30 Days. My salesman was absolutely no help when I had an issue after the purchase. The staff at the store say what is needed to make the sale. Lastly, my instore quoted bill was 600 dollars lower than what it actually was. I would urge all Previous and Future patrons to go to another carrier and or to a Corporate Verizon. If you choose to do business with this company, I suggest that you keep all your handwritten quotes from the salesman.
