Experience that started off positive and ended horribly. I went to the store on 12/26 in an effort to upgrade my IPhone to a current 17 model. After continuously trying to be upsold to a model they had in stock with more memory then I needed they finally agreed to order me the phone that I wanted which was supposed to be the same monthly charge and basically be a free phone. When I went to the store today, 1/7/26 to pick it up none of the information was matching so I was told to come back at noon when Tommy my original Sales Rep would be in. I went back promptly at noon and finally left the store at 1:30 after watching Tommy try to log on to multiple computers, lose his mouse, take a phone call and search for a note pad at multiple desks to take a message, lose my new phone for no less then 15 minutes and then charge me several hundred additional dollars to get out the door. He tried to word smith each of the charges, but nothing matched the original conversation. I would think twice before visiting this store versus a factory Verizon store. Several hundred #x27;s later and an increase of $15/Mo. I learned a valuable lesson.

I would urge patrons to do research on Cellular sales before doing business with them. This is not a Verizon Store. This company is a Verizon Dealer. My experience with this Dealer has been a nightmare. The customer service department is unwilling to help; my case was sent off to upper management and waited weeks to get a response. I was told we are past the 30-Day mark so there is nothing we can do. The complaint was filed before the 30 Days. My salesman was absolutely no help when I had an issue after the purchase. The staff at the store say what is needed to make the sale. Lastly, my instore quoted bill was 600 dollars lower than what it actually was. I would urge all Previous and Future patrons to go to another carrier and or to a Corporate Verizon. If you choose to do business with this company, I suggest that you keep all your handwritten quotes from the salesman.

This store had been great in the past, one female employee ruined it. She was great through the sale but after when there was a problem, she refused to listen and laughed at me in front of others when confronted. I was told I could not sit at her desk as her customer was returning, he did not return for 27 minutes, I waited. Too bad one redhead can bring a rating down, all she had to do is listen to the issue that she assured me she had covered. Her co worker also found she had made errors. Buyer Beware at this store and this employee!!!
