I entered the store and a gentleman said he would help me and to sit at his desk (that was where the customer service ended). I sat down and was met with immediate awkward silence as the Verizon employee picked up his phone and wildly thumb pecked it for 30 seconds (I can only assume he was txting someone he knows well). Once he decided he was done with his personal matter, he then decided to ask why I came into the store. I told him about a watch problem I was having, but he did not seem interested in hearing it. He seemed to be much more interested in selling me a new Verizon mobil line. I had to decline the service over and over again as he continued to push it. I quickly realized that I was in a situation that was no different than being at a cheap car dealership. Later that day I cancelled my watch service with Verizon all together and I certainly won't be back.

The associates here not only order your phone and are super friendly but sign you up for unneeded add on for your account.(extra commissions) I now have $33 a month device protection on my account and unlimited online storage added to my account. Both of which, I now need to waste more of my time to contact Verizon, (since these associates work for cellular sales of Arizona) and can not do anything about it. Its automatic... you also get charged for the entire phones sales tax, then get charged again for the monthly sales tax on the device payments... hmm seams fishy.
