When I went back to get clarification, the manager wasn’t there, so I called the next day. Within less than five minutes, Mauricio Romero personally returned my call. From that moment on, everything changed. Mauricio went above and beyond to make things right. His level of expertise, professionalism, patience, and understanding is truly top notch. I went from being ready to cancel everything I purchased… to actually buying another phone because of the trust he rebuilt. That’s real leadership. It’s clear why he’s the manager of that location. He treated me with respect, took ownership of the situation, and made me feel valued — like family. If you’re considering service with Verizon, don’t hesitate to reach out to Mauricio Romero.
