    We stopped in randomly at the Verizon store to see what kind of deal we could get and Cooper Crandell was very helpful. He did everything for us and we really appreciate him.

    Keenan is the reason I switched to T-Mobile today. I visited the Verizon location in Gilbert a few days ago to have a second number perk added to my account. I have used this perk before and am familiar with how it works. Instead of assisting me with my request, Keenan appeared to use my account to meet a sales metric. Rather than adding the second number perk correctly, Keenan added an entirely new line to my account and used my device's second IMEI so it appeared as a discounted second line, when in reality I only have one phone. In addition to this, he added multiple unwanted perks to my account (HBO bundle, Disney bundle) and a protection plan, effectively duplicating services for a phone I do not have. I was also charged a $40 activation fee, which he claimed his manager would waive, but it never was. As this was happening, I began receiving multiple emails from Verizon and questioned him in real time. He blamed the system for adding these unwanted features rather than taking responsibility. That evening, I spent over four hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to correct the issues. My bill had increased by over $100, and while support attempted to fix the errors, it caused further problems, including my cellular data not working. Verizon ultimately had to rebuild my account entirely. At that point, I gave up. This situation occurred because an employee prioritized meeting a metric over ethically helping a customer. As a result, I am now out of money and forced to deal with the consequences of an improperly set up account. I feel relief no longer being a Verizon customer, but this experience was unacceptable. Do better, Verizon.

    I had a problem with pulling up my contacts off my phone, and fearing that I might have permanently lost them I went to this Verizon store for help. Keenan was extremely helpful, but at one point he indicated that my fear might be realized. But he went the extra mile, did some additional research and time, and was ultimately able to save all of them. I can't thank Kennan enough.

    I had an order here to pick up my paid for phones, that were set up with a new plan via a lengthy phone call and texts with Verizon. After not hearing from the store for a day about my pickup order I called them but get connected to Verizon to see what else I could do, they said cancel the order or I'll set up an appointment for you to go make sure they have them. Oh and you qualify for 2 free Galaxy tablets that you can pick up there as well. Sounds good ok! Was told I just had to pick them all up, thru Verizon via the phone call. So they (Verizon) set me up with a 12pm appointment the next day at this store...2 days now no phones. I head to this store (a Verizon affiliate apparently). After waiting for my scheduled appointment till about 12:15 I start getting helped and explain why I'm there. They have one phone, but not the other color....ok. It's at our sister store, we just need to virtually transfer the pickup and you can go get it there??? Huh? Ok. Fine. Then these guys come back and tell me I need to pay THREE HUNDRED and EIGHTY DOLLARS $380 (this is with some waived fee he could do he said) in setup fees and taxes. It works different if you pick up in store apparently (BS just affiliates). Tried to price gouge me which is absolutely ridiculous and something I've never had happen to me getting phones before. Avoid this place. If it's not a Verizon Company store they'll try to take you. FYI...I call Verizon, cancel the order and they said they should not have asked for those fees. They are going to re-do the order and overnight the phone and tablets, but the order system was screwing up the process and now I have to wait till after Thanksgiving while using my current glitchy phone. Absolute waste of time having an order sent here... Don't do it if you're reading this.
