Although we were not able to find the phone Cooper (who was filling in in the store helped us try to get that phone back like he was the one who lost it. He was kind and helpful in an already stressful situation. He was knowledgeable and efficient in trying but we didn't have the location on. I'm glad there is still nice people in the world..

So unprofessional to tell customers that stuff is free knowing later on their going to get charged for it. RIDICULOUS
