Excellent service and Gabriel was able to locate the phone I wanted and we were able to walk out of the store with it instead of having to wait a couple weeks. Greatly appreciated!!

Went in to upgrade and was helped by Cooper. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. A true pleasure to deal with. Will be back to this location because of Cooper.

The reps are really bad one of them looks like gonna help us to do a upgrade phone and also said he can give us an upgrade WiFi sistem but he completely lied about the helps and the thing just do is making now lines for everything and doesn’t cancel the older lines or don’t mention anything about it and make our new bill twice the price, that is so sad because we just getting the thing imagine he is helping us but really he just makes us have a bigger bill and now we call and nobody help us and give us information about why is all this happening

Sold me a locked phone. Can't talk to them about it because they don't have a phone. Verizon corporate couldn't contact them or activate the phone. Tried multiple times. I spent hours trying to figure it out. Verizon finally sent me a new one under a Worry Free Guarantee. Verizon also explained the billing to me and it was not what I was told. Won't be going back here again.

Made an appointment for 11am today (Sun 12-14-2025) at this location to purchase a new iPhone, add a line to my existing plan.
When I walked in the associate did not acknowledge my presence. He was alone, and helping another customer so I did not interrupt. He spoke to another gentleman in the store but not me. After 15 minutes he finally asked why I was there. I told him I had an appointment at 11 and he told me that didn’t matter he’d have to help the other walk ins before me.
So… I walked out.
His attitude was very apparent, he clearly doesn’t like his job, nor working with ppl.
Will never go back to a place with such bad customer service.
