  I just want to thank the staff that really came through and helped me today! My previous macbook got water damage, and I didn't have apple care on it, so it was damaged and unrepairable. I run a business so I am constantly using my computer. I came in to look for a macbook to purchase quickly. I unfortunately dont remember names, all I know is they really worked with me to find something within my price range. They were also very knowledgable about all the options to protect my laptop going forward, and I never felt like I was being forced to make a purchase. Thank you all for taking the stress out of this, and for making my day easier. Incredibly grateful for you. I highly recommend this team if you need help purchasing electronics. If I have any issues with this device, or others, I will definitely take it to this location.

  Roosevelt & Salem are absolutely amazing!! I drove over 40 minutes to this location and they truly wowed me. I’ll drive back any day to be helped out by this wonderful team!! Thank you thank you thank you 😄

  This post is definitely overdue but I just want to extend my gratitude out to the geek squad team here at this Best buy!! Caleb Smith and Sean were huge helps in getting my problem child of a PC all taken care of. It's been about a month or two and my PC has been working great ever since again thank you guys so much over at Best buy appreciate you guys!
