  I went in looking for a laptop. When I entered someone immediately greeted me and let the department I needed know that I was on the way. Lucas helped me and was SO knowledgeable and helped me determine what was best for me based on my needs and use of it. He literally could answer all my million questions and was able help me compare different brands and their capabilities. Lucas was wonderful. I left their super happy I didn't buy online based on my own research. Sometimes online isn't the way to go when you have the Lucas' of Best Buy lol.

  My boyfriend and I bought a tv today looking for very specific random things for it and Tim was able to find us the perfect tv. He had amazing customer service skills and was very nice and didn’t mind helping us find the specific things our tv needed if you go to this best buy for a tv ask for Tim

  Best buy customer service is crap anytime we make a purchase there is something wrong with product or buy it on line wait for delivery only to find out they are selling things that are out of stock and instead of informing people it might be a longer wait they cancel your order and bam.... now you don't get black Friday pricing

  Apparently talking with a representative at the location is no longer possible. I got hung up on multiple times and asked to be called back but noone calls back. I thought giving best buy a 2nd chance would be beneficial but at this point its just a headache. Best buy used to be my go to electronics store, now I avoid it like the plague. Definitely lost a customer today.

  I used to love going to stores to see items in person before buying, so that’s exactly what I did here. Big mistake. I found the item I wanted, but it was locked inside a cabinet. I waited 15-20mins and no one showed up. I walked to the front to ask for help, and they sent me back saying “someone will be there to assist you.” I waited another 10mins. An employee walked by, so I asked if he could open the cabinet. He said he “doesn’t work in this area” but promised to send someone over right away. Another 10mins passed. A different employee walked by and said pretty much the same thing. So imagine going into a store ready to spend money, and after over 30 minutes, not a single employee can help you. Completely wasted my time. This is exactly why people buy from Amazon. This is why so many brick-and-mortar stores are closing. If no one can assist customers who are actively trying to make a purchase, what’s the point of having a physical store at all?
