By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employees are constantly running around between customers trying to help but there is clearly no system in place. I spent 6 hours in this store bouncing between different employees who told me different information. There was no hand off, there was no record keeping, and each employee I was “passed to” had to start from the beginning and ask all of the same questions again. Each employee makes recommendations for solutions but then departs and hands customers to another employee who doesn’t have any context for what the previous employee did.

The staff were very helpful and professional, especially Josephine, who assisted us in fixing the locked phone. Shai was also quick to respond and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you both, and I hope management recognizes your efforts.

I got there when they opened at 10am along with 15 other people and there was plenty of staff to help us all right away. I have AppleCare that I pay for every month now and my “waterproof” phone isn’t and barely got wet and I got condensation in all three lenses in the back and also the front. They will replace the phone completely for $99. I think it should be less since I’m already paying for AppleCare every month but it’s better than the alternative.

I tried to purchase a device using gift cards I received from the Apple Store after trading in old phones. They declined the gift cards and made me wait hours on hold with Apple Support to ask why the gift cards are getting declined.
Nobody at the store cares to help and they all act like I am committing some fraud.
They took my trade in phones and gave me worthless gift cards.
