Unlike so many other phone stores I’ve been to, I felt welcomed and respected. I know that these people work on commission but I never felt like I was getting worked over. My questions were answered without giving me the runaround, everything was transparent and the atmosphere was inviting and professional. This will be my go to store from now on and I’ll be referring my friends and family as well.

I have had such wonderful experiences at this store! First, Tyler helped me with a problem that I was having with my phone. A few days later I came back to upgrade my phone and Vanessa helped me. She made it so easy and everyone there is personable, helpful and kind. Great customer service!

Angelo was an amazing sales rep at Verizon! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully explain all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely listened to what I needed and helped me find the best plan and solution for my situation. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his professionalism and friendly attitude. If you’re going to Verizon, I highly recommend asking for Angelo he truly goes above and beyond for his customers, and is such a kind and positive young man!

I came into the verizon store very confused because my phone was not working. After I walked in I was immediately approached by a nice, buff employee named tyler who offered his assistance. He showed me the problem with my device and helped me save some money on my bill. With the service provided by tyler and the other employees at the store I will be a customer for life.

I went into Verizon pretty frustrated after having ongoing trouble with my phone and confusion about my bill. Thankfully, I was helped by a young associate named Tyler, who was very patient with me and respectful.
Tyler walked me through fixing the phone issues step by step and made sure I understood everything along the way. On top of that, he reviewed my account and helped me switch to a plan that made more sense for my situation, which left me much happier with my bill than when I came in.
