I cannot say enough great things about Tyler at Verizon. When we walked into the store, we were fully prepared to switch our business account to another carrier. After years of not feeling appreciated as a loyal customer with Verizon, we had honestly reached our limit and were ready to take our business elsewhere. We made that very clear from the moment we arrived.
From start to finish — and this was a several-hour process — Tyler was nothing short of exceptional. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find solutions. Not once did we feel rushed or dismissed. Instead, he listened carefully, answered every question thoroughly, and worked diligently to restore our confidence in Verizon as a company.
Tyler’s bright personality, can-do attitude, and calm, reassuring energy completely changed the trajectory of our experience. What began as a final visit before leaving Verizon turned into a renewed partnership — entirely because of him. He gave us hope in the company again and ultimately is the reason we decided to keep our business account with Verizon.

Absolutely wonderful experience here, the sales people in this store are excellent. They always have your best interest in mind and can save you lots of money! The manager, Damian is especially helpful and knowledgeable.

They upgraded a family members line under mine forcing me to pay off their phone when I went to upgrade later down the line. The billing has been mixed up on our lines since then which means my phone that I paid insurance on every month was not associated with my actual phone. Now my phone is damaged and will not be covered under insurance due to the billing mix up. They will not honor anything for replacement even though this issue was created by an employee at this store.
Please make sure you know what they are doing when setting up your line or you will be forced to pay off your phone to get a new one under their mistakes
