Today, the Assistant Manager, Taylor, greeted me as soon as I walked into the store even though it’s Black Friday and they have about 20-25 people in there. He helped me shortly after with my order pickup, allowed me to set up the new phones in the store so that I don’t have to make another 2 hour drive for the trade ins, and even told me of an offer I qualified for which I took. I felt valued and appreciated to be a Verizon customer. Verizon, Taylor is a 5 Star Associate and any employer should be happy to have him on their team.

Literally as the new phone was starting up he went on lunch despite saying he would be back, and the manager helped for 2 minutes and then she disapeared into the back because she is not smart. Point being, they lie to get what they want.
