    I would give no stars if I could. Please be wary of this place for your devices. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere. I went in having a problem with my front camera. They said it was also a face ID issue and so they needed to essentially replace the whole system. They said they had to order the part for me and it would take 2 hours the following day. When I showed up the next day, the woman said that the guy who was supposed to fix my phone called out so I would have to come back the following day. (No phone call, no communication....) A simple phone call would've been nice. Today I show up 4 hours later because once again (NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME THE STATUS WITH MY PHONE), no one comes to the desk and instead a Best Buy person tells me they will be right out. Here I am, standing with my screaming toddler for 10 minutes before anyone bothers to come out (while I hear them talking in the back) When he comes out he tells me bad news, they had to overnight a part and I wont get my phone for a few days because in his words "it was their bad" and that "the wrong part was ordered, and now your phone is stuck in diagnostics mode." SO PISSED!!!!! They aren't even trying to make this right. Shocked APPLE thinks this place should be certified.

    The people there are great but they are badly understaffed. Long wait times because of a ridiculous formula used to allocate staff puts these poor guys in the firing line of angry customers. Not a good look for Best Buy

    My Samsung phone got infected with malware by an "app" I allowed to install. The malware took control, would not uninstall, nothing worked against it. I drove in from the forest late on a Sunday in panic, hoping for help. No appointment, just a walk-in. Tech Joey said he'd never experienced anything as insidious and hard to remove as this thing. But he finally found a fix to FORCE-uninstall it. GONE! My phone is fine (I rely on it for safety), no bad after-effects, and I didn't have to do the nuclear-option of a factory reset and then reinstall & set things up from scratch. Great service in a pinch, thank you!

    Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment for 1 to 1:20pm. Could only make an appointment online. Came to the store and they saw on their database that I had a scheduled appointment at 1 pm. They told me to go to the geek squad section. I waited for the whole allotted time and no one showed up at all. I asked them twice for help at the front of the store as no one was coming. There was 4 employees at the front and the main guy who was aware of my appointment would not look at me. It was a younger employee who asked the customer service to see what was going on. There was 4 employees at the customer service. One was circulating, sitting down and on his phone most of the time. One employee sat down most of the time. One was helping customers that came after me. One was with a customer the whole time. 7 minutes went by and no one followed up with me. I stood there for the whole 20 minutes of my appointment just standing there trying to get help and figure out why no one was there helping me. I spent 45 minutes of driving time. Why the heck have me make an appointment when clearly no one is going to show up for their job or have the minimum decency to communicate to me or have some glimmer of respect. I would not waste your time here. Horrible service. They had more than enough employees to do their job.

    Geek Squad is a joke. They can only work on one brand of phone and say they can not refer you to someone who can work on the type you have. I will spread word of mouth and on Yelp just what a joke they are.
