Riley, in Geek Squad, took care of me 100% she was knowledgeable about my issue and handled it. I appreciate that aspect of business I let her know my laptop turned on but the screen wouldn't. I have purchased many items from here with no issues. But this last interaction. I'm not so happy with them.
So Sunday Feb 1st, I went in to get my headphones I purchased about a year ago, to either repair or replaced since it was within the window of the protection plan. Been calling the past couple days and can't seem to get anyone from the actually store. And when I had gone in the associate helping me, actually tried to refund me and canceled my protection plan. When I initially came in to get a replacement or a repair. So the team leads got involved Becca and Bill, said that the associate processed it as a refund. I told him no that's not what I wanted. They said they will send an email to their corporate office to reverse the transaction. And Bill the team lead said he'll call me with an update. So tried calling yesterday and today but can't get through because of the automated system and their call centers keep sending to different places. I left messages on a VM some where for someone to get back to me. But I speak to someone today finally and they told me they just ended up refunding me. But that card that I paid with is no longer available and transferred me to another place to talk to someone and then it keeps hanging up. It's very frustrating to me when all I wanted was to get the headphones repaired or replace with the protection plan. And then associate just says I haven't been working in a couple days. I'm just so upset now.
