    I bought an IPad in January along with an associate who recommended the keyboard component. It never stayed put. I acknowledge that I don’t know a lot about technology. I thought I was doing something wrong. I went in today to find out that it wasn’t the right keyboard for my iPad. I also acknowledge that it is well past the two week return. The answer I got, was that I sell the keyboard at a loss online. NO acknowledgment from Best Buy that I was sold the wrong product. This is very disappointing as I have spent money there many times. No apology, no accountability for their egregious oversight regarding the original purchase. It sounds like their recommendation for buying online is what I should’ve done in the first place. Shame on you Best Buy. Remember, Flagstaff is still a small town!

    Outstanding Service from Osama at Best Buy Flagstaff, AZ I recently had the pleasure of working with Osama at the Best Buy in Flagstaff, AZ, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and integrity. After an awful experience at another car audio store, Sounds Good, where I was misled into purchasing a new head unit for over $1200 when I didn’t actually need one, Osama went above and beyond to restore my faith in customer service. Osama not only diagnosed the real issue with my car audio system, but he also took the time to explain it to me in clear and honest terms. His transparency and genuine care for helping me avoid unnecessary costs were incredibly refreshing. He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, just like the other store did, but he chose the high road instead. Thanks to Osama, my car audio system is back in working order, and I couldn’t be more grateful. His integrity, professionalism, and kindness have earned my loyalty, and I will now always choose Best Buy for any electronics needs. Best Buy should be proud to have someone as outstanding as Osama on their team. He is the kind of person that makes a difference in the world and a customer for life. I'm scheduling to take my Porsche in next to have him do the work replacing the head unit. I trust Osama!!

    This review is specific to the Flagstaff Best Buy and appliance delivery in particular. I purchased a refrigerator online for delivery to my home in Doney Park on Thursday February 19 (2026) and was given a delivery date of Tuesday, February 24. I ended up with two straight days of waiting for delivery appointments that never happened Tuesday and Wednesday the 25th. Late Wednesday I was notified that my next scheduled delivery date would be Thursday March 5! So I went in to the Flagstaff Best Buy the next morning and requested that my order be cancelled with a full refund (believing that my refrigerator was probably not in Flagstaff.) The manager told me that a delivery person failed to show for work that day and he was willing to cancel my order for a full refund, but the system wouldn’t allow it because it was in transit. We soon discovered that my refrigerator was in the store after all. (I cancelled the delivery and haul-away services and did get Best Buy people to help me load the refrig in my pickup.) So how did my “place in line” suddenly get moved out a full week after two straight missed deliveries by Best Buy? That question was never answered. It appears that Best Buy Flagstaff has major issues with delivery personnel as of late February – early March 2026.
