While I had tried to get information directly from the Verizon customer service number, it was very confusing and difficult, so we just wanted to have a face-to-face conversation with someone knowledgeable. We walked in and were greeted by David, who helped us through the the phone and plan changes necessary to get the free phones Verizon was offering. He was incredibly helpful and patient with us -- no hard sell -- just good, clear information so we could make the appropriate decisions. He transferred the data from our phones with ease and prepared the old ones to be traded in. He helped us with the accessories we needed and put the new screen shields on for us. While our phones were syncing, he helped a couple other customers, so everyone who came in was happy with the service. We've shopped here before and David has always been so nice and helpful. We love the personal attention without being rushed, and will definitely be back when we need any help with our iphones. Thank you!
