  The person at the counter was super helpful. The Verizon guys forgot to register my screen but the cashier still believed me and helped me out. I’ll register my screen for the future but you got a really good employee at the Chandler fashion center location!

  Thank goodness I discovered Zagg products. The screen protectors are amazing! I often drop my phone and the screen appears to be cracked. For $10. I can get the protector replaced. Thanks for a great product and service.

  Great little kiosk that takes good care of their customers. We had replacement screen protectors done on two iPhones in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely go back.

  My daughter and I were in need of a phone case for her new iPhone. We started off with Zagg from the AT&T store but to find out the Rainer Zagg case was defective in that style at AT&T. She really wanted that one, so we looked online unsure to purchase because of our experience with the defective one( it wouldn’t be as easy to return as we did the next day with AT&T). So we did see that there were Zagg stores, where we met and were helped by Scott. He was who we learned the Rainer Zagg was defective, the one’s AT&T unfortunately were carrying. Scott opened up out of his own curiosity a different Rainer case fit and it snapped closed all the way around. So in essence we could get the one my daughter had her heart set on but they didn’t have it amongst their selection. We got one similar but purchased a warranty to later upgrade online with the style she wanted and informed it was hopefully just that bad batch that was circulating in that location of AT&T. Scott went, in my heart, above and beyond to serve us well. Thank you Zagg and thank you Scott. I hope I didn’t fumble to much. I’m not a great at writing.
