- JMJeffrey MorganMar 19, 20265.0I had to take my Chihuahua mix named Nicky to urgent care on March 17th for collapsing trachea. He's been dealing with it for a while and something needed to be done. I was extremely impressed with the inside which looked more like a hotel lobby and not a hospital. Tristan was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous! He was so kind to Nicky and very respectful towards me. When Dr. Wong walked in, I could immediately tell that he was extremely knowledgeable in his craft of dog caretaker! He showed such compassion to Nicky and explained to me the steps he was going to take to care for him!!! He came back in a little later after the tests were run on Nicky and showed me on the X-ray his thin trachea. Unfortunately, smaller dogs are prone to dealing with this health issue. Dr. Wong then prescribed my dog baby medication to help with the issue. The entire time he made me feel valued and respected. I'm grateful for such a caring, compassionate, respectful, and kind medical team and will definitely consider VCA to treat and care for all 3 of my and my wife's dog babies urgent care needs in the future. Thank you Dr. Wong and Tristan for being the kind of health professionals that you both are!!!

- MHMatthew HalesFeb 13, 20261.0Everything is an upsell here. After paying $1000+ we were told that we didn’t need the xray but everything is presented worse case scenario to get you to pay before they give straight answers. Super dishonest business and I’d recommend going somewhere else.
