  I called to check what the fee is for in home service for an inlay speakers system (speakers are already fully installed and wired) The AI running the beginning of the call kept saying it didn’t understand. Finally when I reached someone and I asked they said the fee just to check out the house would be $200. Way too expensive just to check the system. Add on the really bad AI just makes this a horrid experience.

  I took my tower in and bought fans for geek squad to install for me at 5pm. I was told it would take 20 minutes. I left and came back after the time elapsed. They told me the guy in charge of working on it was in break and would do it when he got back. So I left again then came back at 8. So they've had my tower and fans for 3 hours now even though they told me it would only take 20 minutes. Then when I go up to the counter to check in on my stuff they ask me if I'm the person leaving my tower over night. Like no we never talked about that you guys said 20 minutes. So I gave up on them doing what they promised and asked for a refund I'll figure it out. While this is going on the service guy goes into the back to grab my tower and the tech that was supposed to be working on it is laughing at me like honestly me waiting 3 hours for something you said would take 20 minutes I feel like my impatience is justified.

  I went to pick up my computer and they took 10 minutes printing out all of the paperwork. I finally logged in and was trying to see if my programs were all set and they told me sorry the appointment is only 20 minutes you’ll have to leave.
