Only one person working, made me wait 45 minutes to tell me he could not help me return wireless internet equipment (which I was holding in my hand less than 5 feet from him the entire time). To the store manager; please train your employees on these simple steps 1) greet each customer as the enter 2) validate people are not “together” 3) ask what they are in for (this would have saved me 45 minutes) and 4) let them know how many customers are in the queue before them. Btw, the VzB employee was totally comfortable making me wait even longer with the wireless equipment in hand, I might still be there waiting if the nice customer in front of me did not ask…”Can you take a break from helping me and help him? He has been waiting a very long time”
