The place was clean and organized, and the whole process was way easier than I expected. If you need help with a phone, plan, or upgrade, this Verizon location is solid. Good service, helpful employees, and no stress. I’d definitely come back and recommend this spot!

Upon walking into the store, we were not acknowledged and we were standing there for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then once the sales associate asked us what we needed we explained to him our situation and he said we would not be able to get on the same phone plan that day. My fiancé would’ve had to open a phone plan which was fine and I would’ve had to go under him, but if we did that, he said we wouldn’t be able to hook up the phones that same day then once he asked how much we were paying with our other companies, he said ‘oh it’s going to be way more than that.’ It just seemed very discouraging and it didn’t seem like he wanted to help us at all. I have had Verizon ever since I had gotten a cell phone so I really wanted to stick with them, but it looks like I will be going somewhere else.
