    Jaden was awesome. I usually dread going into Verizon because I’ve had issue after issue at other locations (not Verizon’s fault), but this experience completely changed that for me. I was acknowledged immediately when I walked in, and within about 30 minutes I was fully taken care of. Jaden didn’t waste time, but he also didn’t rush anything. He explained everything in clear, layman’s terms and never said anything that didn’t make sense or feel confusing. Before giving me any numbers, he checked for promotions and credits to make sure I was getting the best deal. He also walked me through side-by-side comparisons on trading in my phone versus keeping it, which I really appreciated. I originally planned on getting a base model, but the way Jaden explained the options made upgrading make sense for me, and I ended up going with the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Instead of having me do the new phone’s setup in store, Jaden gave me very clear, straightforward instructions on how to complete the data transfer at home. Everything was explained upfront, with no secrets, surprises, or pressure. On my way out, I asked about Verizon Internet. Unfortunately my address isn’t eligible yet, but Jaden offered, without being prompted, to write down my information and follow up when it becomes available. That’s going above and beyond in my book. Because of this experience, I would absolutely go back to this store, and going forward I’ll probably only come to this location based on the level of service I received. 100/10 recommend.

    Kathleen was fabulous. She set up my new phone with screen saver and case, and arranged for us, and our son, to try Verizon internet at a big saving from Cox and Xfinity (2 homes).

    Customer service at thus location is terrible! I'm a long time aversion customer and an account owner with 6 separate lines. Upgraded 2 phones (via mail in), but I had to turn my old phones in at this store. Dave, my original service rep, had to get all my info to get to my account and then requested to see my Drivers License to verify i was the guy who was the account owner then told me I wasn't authorized to turn old phone back in and walked away. I let him know I was the account owner and he said "corporate rules"! After escalating, another person came over and asked to see my driver's license again. I let her know "Dave," had already verified it was me, but she said "she" had to verify me. Both their customer skills were terrible and if I hadn't just upgraded my phone, I'd seriously consider dropping these guys. At a minimum. I'll go to a different Verizon store next time! Finally, they agreed to take my phones and gave me a receipt.

    I don’t have an issue with this store what so ever but version is a horrible company and it’s horrible practices with customers t-mobile is better.
