Most recently, I traded in my two Apple watches in the store, one of them was paid off the other I paid off in the store then canceled both lines. Then I moved out of the country and in late October when I looked at my bill I saw the watches were never removed. Guess who I had to call in The Philippines? Absolute nightmare as I said. Is there an American company left that cares about its customers as much as their CEO cares about his millions per year? It's certainly not Daniel Schulman at Verizon. Done.

This was a long and arduous process with Verizon customer service that really proved how dedicated she is to resolution and customer satisfaction. She was very calm, patient and professional, not only with me, but with several Verizon CS associates that she had to deal with to get the issue resolved. Thank you Jackie, I really appreciate your effort.
