    I came into the Chandler Crossroads Verizon store as the first customer of the day, beyond frustrated after trying since Monday to resolve an issue. My husband had run over his uninsured phone with a balance still owed, and I had already spent over 8 hours during the week trying to get options without a huge out-of-pocket cost or a major increase to our bill. Tuya immediately went to work and found a solution no one else could—getting me a new phone, a new plan, and the smallest possible increase to my monthly bill. When a technical issue came up, Tuya and Sara stayed with me for nearly three hours, making multiple calls to support and doing everything possible to get my phone activated. After 22 years with Verizon, I was honestly ready to switch carriers—but watching these two work so hard completely changed my mind. Even though Verizon is still resolving a technical issue, knowing they are continuing to work on my behalf gives me peace of mind. Tuya and Sara are the reason customer loyalty still exists—Verizon is lucky to have them.

    On our family account we have 6 different phones, we recently upgraded 3 of the 6 lines and were told we would get an $830 trade in value on our phones. They had to ship 2 of the phones to us we received the last phone today and so I took all 3 phones back to the store to find out that they were only going to give us $360 credit for one of the 3 phones. I told them that was unacceptable and asked to speak to the manager Craig. Craig came over and did not want to resolve anything and he said the credit would most likely show up in a couple months for the difference even though the other two phones credited instantly. He did not want to resolve the issue at all. I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon to get this resolved. If I wasn't locked into a 3 year contract I would switch over how I was treated in the store and still may.

    This Location is hands down my go-to location as long as I’m in the Valley. When I got here 10 minutes to closing and frustrated after 9 customer service reps and a wasted trip to the store on Fry (Chandler Mall Location) I had very little hope but I’ve been told faith of a mustard seed is all it takes and Wow Savannah and Sarah turned my previous experiences the entire day around. Helping me came with work around a and thinking out the box to get it done but I was able to leave with a device keep my number and that was the main goal especially heading out of town for the holidays They all stayed late but didn’t treat me in a rushed manner Thank you too Toula and I can’t sing their praises enough. Thank you Ladies!!!

    I’m going to leave a bad review, because I don’t think what Manager Sara did. I arrived at the store yesterday to upgrade my phones, they changed them without any problem and I presented the photo of my personal identification, the Manager, and the rep behaved very well and friendly with me. They helped me in absolutely everything to make the configurations of my 2 phones. Today I returned to the store to return my old phones, and it turns out that the store manager, Miss Sara, did not want to accept my old phones, because according to her I had to present my personal identification physically, (helped by a lawyer friend, she told me that in Arizona it is not necessary to present a physical identification, with a photo is enough). Unfortunately for me, I had to drive 30 minutes and return 30 minutes, simply to pick up my physical identification that according to Manager Sara is necessary. I called the Verizon line, and they confirmed the same thing as my lawyer friend, and told me that it was not necessary to present my physical identification, since I was simply going to return my old phones. Here I leave a photo that I delivered my phones, in case Miss Sara says that I didn’t deliver them Or maybe he dares to say that my phones were in bad condition. Apart from not being a little flexible with me, the Manager, Sara began to speak ill of her colleagues, saying that they did a very bad job by letting me upgrade my two phones without asking me for my physical personal identification. I think that if the person doesn’t want to come to work on a Sunday, they should stay at home and take the day off to relax.
