- MBMark BonjeanDec 2, 20251.0I went to pick up my computer and they took 10 minutes printing out all of the paperwork. I finally logged in and was trying to see if my programs were all set and they told me sorry the appointment is only 20 minutes you’ll have to leave.

First they want you to create an appointment online which doesn’t matter as when you’ll still have to wait in a 40+ min line. Second, the phone service is terrible. It’s a dumb robot who won’t get you in the right place after 30 mins and then you’ll have to talk to some global representative half way across the world and wasting an hour of your time when I just want to call the store 5 mins from me. Third, they took my computer for 2 weeks and didn’t even fix the issue I brought it in for. Terrible terrible service I recommend anywhere besides Best Buy Geek Squad.

I showed up on time for my camera installation appointment and had to wait 15 minutes while the technician argued loudly with another customer. When he finally got to me, he immediately said I had the wrong type of camera His attitude was rude and unprofessional from the start. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the supervisor dalton didn’t seem to care either. I offered to go next door to quickly buy the correct camera and return, but they refused, saying there wouldn’t be enough time. Funny how my time waiting around while they argued wasn’t an issue, but helping me was. This was a complete waste of time and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected more from Best Buy and Geek Squad. Extremely disappointed.
