It was wonderful! Last year, we bought our daughter an iPhone for Christmas at this store, and today we bought her an iPad for her birthday. They have a huge selection of different iPad models and cases. But what impressed us most was the staff. Consultant Derek explained each model in great detail, compared them, and honestly highlighted the advantages of each. He wasn't pushy, but he was friendly yet competent! He then helped us apply for a loan to buy an iPad Pro, and now we're very happy with our purchase! Derek and his colleague were very polite and competent! We'll definitely be back, and we'll definitely be back to this store! Derek - you were great!

I'm trying not to sound like a Karen, but.... I wanted to upgrade my pc. Geek squad told us that it needed a graphics card to run my games better but they didn't have one and recommended us to go online and buy one. After we bought it we went back today cause we were told that they could install it, then they told us we couldn't because my pc couldn't handle the graphics card. So we bought the exact graphics card just to be told they can't install it. They then recommended another pc to buy instead, fine we did so. They told us they could put in the graphics card and a few other things from my old pc to my new one and that it would take 4 hours and they'd call us. They never did we had to reach out to them. And over the phone they said "it wouldn't take four hours instead it would be at least a few days." I'm beyond frustrated that we keep getting told different things. Like do you guys even know what you're doing? I hope your experience is better than mine.
I took my computer tower to have fans installed by the tech squad here they told me it would take 20 minutes I came back after the time elapsed still wasn’t done then I was told guy was on break and would do it when he got back cool okay I’ll come again later came again at 8 pm mind you they’ve had my tower and fans since 5pm so its now been 3 hours then when I came in at 8 guy asked me if I was leaving it over night like no you guys said 20 minutes the the tech in the back laughed at me with his coworkers because of my inpatients but this was supposed to only take 20 and still wasn’t done after 3 hours I asked for a refund and left I even asked if maybe they had other orders ahead of mine and that’s why it couldn’t be done in time and they said no there was nothing they were doing and nothing they were fixing that would make it take this long

I went to the superstition location. I was looking for an open box all in one computer. I was told that they didn’t have what I was looking for. The representative looked online and saw that it was at the Chandler location. So I purchased it online for pick up. The funds were taken out of my account. Later I received an email that said it was unavailable. I never received my funds back. I drove to this location, I asked what happened with my order. They said the computer was unavailable. They would find me another one. The customer service rep found me another one that was more expensive. I asked, is it something that they can do for me for the inconvenience? Can you take a percentage off a few bucks off Something. The customer service rep asked the manager, which was standing right there he told him no. I Drove 30 minutes to this location, The funds is still not back on my card. I’m highly disappointed with Best Buy. I am a total package member. That membership cost me $180. At this point, I don’t even want to spend my money with Best Buy anymore. I was even Told that another location has an open box all in one computer. This would make a third store I would have to go to. This is so inconvenient! And I’m displeased With Best Buy. Customer service is not servicing anymore.

Very strange experience..writing a review as it may help management with some additional training. Went into the chandler Best Buy yesterday to buy a refrigerator stove and microwave. The woman helping me that had long red hair kept saying take a look around and if you have any questions come find me .. after having to track her down five or six times to ask questions regarding individual options and functions of particular appliances, I decided to go elsewhere where I could receive some help so that I could complete my purchase. At one point I had a quick question as to whether or not a refrigerator had a dual icemaker. Someone walked up and asked to buy a $200 small Appliance and as they were walking up, I asked if I could ask her real quick question and she said I’ll help you in a moment after I take care of these customers. I left and went to Spencer‘s $4700 and 30 minutes later my purchase was complete. certainly a missed opportunity for Best Buy to make a rather large sale.
