Jerry was AWESOME!!! he evaluated my system, told me I had great JBL speakers, just a poor stereo...thanks Toyota 😡. Instead of replacing everything, Jerry just changed out the stereo. Saving me a bunch of money, and man the sound is fantastic!! Jerry has outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and quality time explaining everything. Thanks Jerry!!!

"You have wasted my time" once i said this he decided to kick us out and tell me he will call the police. How is this acceptable behavior for a customer to express their concerns and then he can just kick them out with out hearing their ful) story? You allow this type of harrasment to your clients from your management? Expect a harrassment lawsuit.

I WAS told to use the app. .. i asked for a date for install . Without looking employee shrugged and said its the holidays. Asked for somebody else to help instead . Was treated like my questions were a very big inconvenience. As the employee texted away on their phone mid conversation. No.wonder yall are going out of business
