I called Apple Support and they said their system shows the cards were locked before they were activated and transferred me to this store to fix the issue. This store said everything was fine and didn't do anything. I am now left with gift cards that do not work and I no longer have the trade in phones. They essentially stole my phones.

After owning the 15 for only two years, my camera stopped working after one of the recent updates! Not because I damaged it and not because it fell in some water… Because of some software issue, my phone will no longer recognize the camera! And because I didn’t buy an extended warranty, they want to charge me over $150 to replace the camera! This is absolutely ridiculous. My 7S lasted me almost 14 years whereas my 15 can’t even last me too! How is this technology advancing and why are we paying to fix something that they manufacture already faulty?
