  Martin helped my family transfer our phones from T-Mobile, super happy with the quality of our service, our calls don’t drop now and Martin was able to get us extra deals to save us a ton of money on the new phones, 10/10 I recommend Martin to anyone who is looking to switch to Verizon

  This location is not a Verizon corporate store; it is an authorized dealer. I went in to upgrade my phone as Verizon had sent me an email for a free upgrade. The rep. told me about other supposed promotions, some which I took advantage of. However, when I received my bill, none of what he sold me with these "other" promotions was reflected on the bill. When I called Verizon customer service, they confirmed no such promotions had been offered. Verizon credited me for all but $35 of the extra costs, which was great. Now, I have to try to get the remaining $35 out of this dealer. I do not recommend going to this authorized Verizon dealer as they provided false information to upsell me additional services.
