- TEToni Eberhardt3 days ago1.0This location is not a Verizon corporate store; it is an authorized dealer. I went in to upgrade my phone as Verizon had sent me an email for a free upgrade. The rep. told me about other supposed promotions, some which I took advantage of. However, when I received my bill, none of what he sold me with these "other" promotions was reflected on the bill. When I called Verizon customer service, they confirmed no such promotions had been offered. Verizon credited me for all but $35 of the extra costs, which was great. Now, I have to try to get the remaining $35 out of this dealer. I do not recommend going to this authorized Verizon dealer as they provided false information to upsell me additional services.

John A. went above and beyond to help me, my family, and one of my friends. He was thorough, professional, and highly knowledgable. John helped me not only with my purchase, but has provided support for questions after the sale. "Above and beyond" doesn't begin to capture John's effort and dedication. Highly recommend!

We got it taken care of a few speed bumps but Martin and the staff gave me a direct contact line and stayed after hours to make sure my phone was ready to go. I appreciate the entire team for helping me and my family and being patient with our 2 year old cranky daughter. 🥇

I have gone to several stores where they sold me a 5G router that I have returned and have receipts since there is NO 5G in my neighborhood. We are hundreds of dollars in and still no solution. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY HAVE NOT HELPED AT ALL SINCE MARCH 3RD. VERIZON has said they are wrong and there are still charges. @verizon
