One person when she was done with her customer she went to the back again not acknowledging me. All she had to do is say I will be right back to assist you. Then when she did help me on my order pickup she couldn’t find my account. Another associate came in from outside the girl that was helping me asked for that person’s help. She helped a little bit then told her to do something and walked out. I actually felt sorry for this girl. I finally told them that I was going to cancel my order and walked out. Well when I went to cancel the order it said that I had picked up my order but obviously didn’t. I just felt like this store has some issues that need to be addressed. I usually deal with the promenade store and I thought that was where I was to pick up my order. They are always friendly and helpful at this store. I did go back to the original store and got my order. Thank you for letting me vent. I usually don’t give bad reviews.
